Water Suction Hoses

Application
  • The hose is heavy duty, robust in construction and used for discharging water at different pressures.
  • The lining is of good quality natural with multiple, woven cotton fabric / polyester / nylon reinforcement, double wire embedded, having weather and abrasion resistant outer cover.
Length
  • 15 Meters (tolerance + 2% - 1%) upto 75 mm dia
  • 7.5 Meters (tolerance + 2% - 1%) upto 250 mm dia
  • 4.5 Meters (tolerance + 2% - 2%) upto 750 mm dia
  • 3.5 Meters (tolerance + 2% - 2%) upto 1000 mm dia
Working Pressure
  • Hoses are available for W.P. of 0.7, 1.0 & 1.5 MPa i.e. 7, 10 & 15 kg / cm2. The test pressure being 1.5 times of W.P.
  • 'AGRIFLEX' HOSES also available upto 24 kg / cm2 W.P.
Construction
  • Lining: Smooth, black colour, natural rubber with semi-embedded spiral wire (Type 1) or with smooth bore (Type 2).
  • Reinforcement: Ply or plies of rubber impregnated woven Textile / Polyester / Nylon fabric and two fully embedded spiral wires to prevent collapse.
  • Cover: Black Smooth / corrugated fabric wrapped finish, abrasion & weather resistant.
Type of Hose
  • Type 1. Hose having Rough Bore.
  • Type 2. Hose having Smooth Bore. If the liquids are non corrosive and do not carry any solid in suspension as in the case with muddy water. Rough bore hoses are recommended for suction use but in all other cases smooth bore hoses can be used.
End Connection
  • Plain / enlarged / built in type
  • flanges / built in rubber flanges.
