DREDGER SUCTION & DISCHARGE HOSES
Application
Hand Built "Soft Wall" Multipurpose, robust construction used for deepening of harbours and declogging of water ways as suction and discharge of sand and abrasive slurry materials. The rubbers lining is soft and abrasion resistant.
Working Pressure
Rubber Dredger Discharge Hoses are suitable for working pressure up to 14 Kg/Cm2 and available as per customers' requirement and specifications. The proof pressure test is 1.5 times of the desired working pressure.
Construction
- Lining - The inner lining being soft abrasion resistance rubber.
- Reinforcement - Multiple layers of high tensile rubberised nylon cords with steel helical wire / steel rings.
- Cover - Black Smooth or corrugated ozone resistant for sea worthy condition, fabric wrapped finish.
End Connection
Plain / enlarged / builtin type metal flanges / built in rubber flanges with back split metal flanges.
